SHARON KOBRIN EVANS Owner, President
Sharon Kobrin Evans is the president and owner of Kobrin Financial & Insurance Services. She is focused on helping clients and their families work toward more confident financial futures by building structured yet personalized strategies for retirement.
Sharon is a second-generation financial professional, joining her father at Kobrin Financial & Insurance Services in 2006. Now, she is proud to have taken over the family firm while continuing to build upon the trustworthy foundation he laid.
Sharon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing from Pennsylvania State University. She holds a resident insurance producer license in accident and health, has passed the Series 65 securities exam and is registered as an Investment Adviser Representative, and holds a life insurance license in California (License No. 0F52133).
DYLAN EVANS Investment Adviser Representative
Dylan is proud to be a third-generation Kobrin Financial Services professional who is dedicated to helping clients find custom solutions to preserve their wealth and pursue their dream futures.
The grandson of Kobrin Financial Founder Don Kobrin and son of Kobrin Financial President Sharon Kobrin Evans, Dylan discovered his passion for finance and investing while attending Pennsylvania State University, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in labor and employment relations with a minor in business administration. He entered the financial services industry in 2020 upon graduation from Penn State.
Dylan has passed his Series 65 securities exam and serves the same Northern California region he calls home. He is a resident of Santa Rosa who grew up in Sonoma County and returned home after earning his college degree.
When Dylan isn’t assisting clients or watching the markets, he enjoys playing golf, watching sports and spending time outdoors with his puppy.

DON B. KOBRIN Founder
Don Kobrin is the founder of Kobrin Financial & Insurance Services and has more than 30 years of experience in estate preservation strategies. His approach involves an in-depth analysis of a client's present and future needs, objectives and goals. The primary focus in Don's formation of a financial strategy is twofold: to help enhance his client's wealth and to help preserve estate value.
Don is well-regarded by his clients for his integrity and knowledge. Perhaps the greatest joy Don has in working with his clients is finding strategies ideal for their unique financial challenges and helping protect and grow their assets for this generation and the next.
Don holds a resident insurance producer license in accident and health, has passed the Series 65 securities exam and is registered as an Investment Adviser Representative, has a Master of Business Administration degree and holds a life insurance license in California (license No. 0B11534).
